I would be getting rid of players that won't be playing during the byes.
Pickett to Lloyd and Balic to McInnes. (This gives you 22 this week by putting Nank in rucks for Sandi)
Then next week: Hampton to Greenwood(via McInnes).
That should leave you with about 280k for upgrades after the byes and give you better cover.

Yep I play for my league and my opponent is very similar. I will trade to even it out a little though.
