Bye loophole

Does anyone know if you can use bye players in a loophole? eg use SPP this round as a loophole?

From HS Rules
To allow for maximum squad management flexibility during the rolling lockout, you'll be able to substitute and trade players who have a bye right through the round - up until the start of the last match (when SuperCoach goes into full lockout).

So basically according to rule you can use any Port or Suns players as a loophole. I am using SPP as a mid loophole for Barrett and Myers.
