I'd imagine you can replace them, but obviously the picks after you will remain so you'll be left with chumps to choose from :P

The current draft style is very unfair. If it was 2 full rounds it would be fine, but as there are only 16 teams some teams have a huge advantage over others.

For example the biggest advantage in the current structure is the person starting in 5th in R1 (BB) who would get 2 selections of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th While the biggest disadvatage is last (Me) who get 2 selections of the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th

Yes this affects me, but also quite a few others and with rewards on offer shouldn't it be even, or atleast as close to even as possible?

A snake draft would be alot fairer or even limiting it to 11 players.

Which two teams do you hate so much to completely disregard their existence? As far as I know there are 18 teams.

Isn't that the point of a randomised draft order? Some will be disadvantaged, others advantaged. It's random. Just like UTG, sometimes luck favours you and others it does not. As far as I'm concerned, there's 18 variables in play, the best selected side will take the cake, not that with the best draft order.

Just being devils advocate, a role i like playing as i have to do it for work all the time.

Im not actually the worst off, there are 3-4 whom i have an advantage over, so i still reckon i have a chance at the minor prizes, just not the majors without alot of luck.

I know that there are is some element of luck to any draft order and some people would get an advantage over others based on position, i wasn't worried about that.
My main concern here was that the level of the advantage off a random draft order seemed massive and something that will likely be next to impossible to cover without some miracle injuries, scores or bad picks from others. Some people getting to pick 3-4 spots ahead of others anywhere up to 6-7 times extra is a very big gap to cover off selections.

In the end its all part of the game, which is incredibly fun by the way, but just wanted to question the difference.
