Thinking something along the lines of

Houston-->Myers via Balic
SPP-->Adams

Pending BEs and all that crap. Will also look at my cash league H2H to see what's going on there. Tbh though may be copping a donut or 2 regardless, pending team selection. Eddy out up forward, and if both Parsons and Balic are out then that's 1 donut. In mids have Touk on the bench, along with Pickett, assuming he isn't named. Would need 2 of Rocky, Beams, Fisher to play otherwise that's another donut ahaha. If both Balic and Parsons are named, I can swing Balic with Touk/Pickett and play him in the mids though.

30k short of Butler - JPK and I don't have Myers so a downgrade will be needed there, but only rookies to trade are SPS, Barrett, Fisher, Balic, or Parsons, who all have cash to make, and SPP, who I want to keep for the byes.

Gotta decide if I just use the one trade on Butler - Myers and save the cash for an upgrade next week or go Fisher/Parsons to Myers, cause their scoring and JS seems dodgy right now, giving me the cash to grab JPK for Butler. Hmmmm :-\

Same problem as you TomK.

Need to get Myers in not just for the cash but my bye situation. Have 8 playing defenders, 10 playing mids and 7 playing forwards. Only blokes currently not playing is Pickett/Eddy/Strnadica. Keeping Eddy as I think he comes back in, and Strnadica is a loophole/fwd swing man. Pickett is the guy I see struggling to make it back into the Carlton team.

I'm contemplating dumping Pickett for Myers and whilst I only make $30k I gain a crucial bye player and can make cash in the meantime.

I think I have enough $$ generating players to easily get a full premo squad on the park immediately after the byes are done and have 6/7 trades left spare but I need to make ground over the byes and so I need playing rookies.

Is it silly or should I just do it?
