Yup. Costing me big time. Can't believe I should have just grabbed Black. He will get dropped as well forcing me to field one of Eddy or Hannan. I'm screwed since I'm probably looking at a donut in any case.

Yea he had a terrible game.... but

If you are truely trying to develop a rookie you don't drop him after one bad game unless he is injured, sore, fatigued or just holding a place for a regular. I honestly think he will be given another chance.

He was probably on the fringe and depending on Hendo's injury he would be one of the first to go. They may even look at bringing Stewart in to go a bit taller down back. Menegola seemed to perform pretty well looking at the stat sheet so they won't drop him.

I think I read he had 4 tons in his entire career prior to that game so it's such a crap shoot.

Usually yes, but Geelong want to win games more than they want to develop rookies at this point.

Otten, Hampton, Butler and Houston all pretty much done and no rookies to downgrade them to.

Should have just left Parfitt on mid bench. Moved Dahlhaus to mids and Parfit to Parsons and played on field.

Yeah the 19 flowering sucks and it's ruined our weeks, but I'm optimistic he can get another chance
