How on earth did he get a week for that? Mackay wouldn't let go and he tried to shrug him off with his arms pinned. Not his fault Mackay's face got in the way.  :P

Im a nank owner and looked to me a week easy. Yes he was getting his armed pinned and it was clear free for him but you cant swing back with your elbow. I get my arm pinned all the time there are other ways to get out of it then swinging a elbow.

Completely agree, and I'm a nank owner as well. Being held doesn't justify that sort of response, and Fyfe's contact was pretty minimal in comparison I thought.
