Well, I'd say Pickett to Balic (Which I also did) is an upgrade 8)

SPS -> Fisher was my other trade. From this trade, I didn't have enough of a cash reserve to upgrade. The extra 40k now means I should be good to upgrade WHE next week (Macrae for sure), and maybe turn a Parfitt/Butler/SPP into the rookie that looks the most inviting.

Was initially one up one down, then changed to double down, but now thinking of going with original one up one down as there appear to be more rookies coming through so might not need to double down this week

Yeah, that's what I ended up doing. It was Bont or Rocky. Missed The Bont train, flying past last night! Go Rocky!

Double down this week, then if the numbers are right will look to get Hibberd and Black in next week, then start bringing in the upgrades!

I went the double Downgrades

Touch wood no injuries then possibly take the risk again with a double downgrade. That would then give me over a Million the next week for Upgrades. Long way to go before that though

Could also go against the grain and just do the one trade, which would leave me 26 left and approx 350k.....

Yeah, that'd be my double downgrade option, sitting about 770 over-all so worried I might drop a little in points doing this, though would clear out some deadwood so cash generation.

Not super convinced on either rookie as a must have though
