Ended up finding enough cash to go Roughie to Robbie Gray

I actually have zero playing rookies on the bench this week though :/
fuark
Ha yep, not going to be able to count on making $$ from there

WHE is trending down because of Wells and Elliot returning, his BE is 69, probably treading water from here on

Of course! I'm silly and didn't even think of why he might've had a quiet week last week. Reckon I trade him out instead of SPP? Or instead of Swallow?
id say spp will make his 48 BE, WHE might get his but less likely

langej

OK some help please...

Either

D. Swallow>Balic (via DPP)
Pickett>Black
(Balic then becomes Bench cover in the FWD, Asta Lavista Pickett)

ORRRRR

D. Swallow> Rockliff
Roughead> Mutimer(via DPP)
(No FWD bench cover, Picket still in team, probably miss out on Black/Balic)

I am leaning on the first option if Black is named, will get Rocky next week all being well)

I was in a similar predicament until i chose not to chase Gray this week. Will wait till after the bye.

I'm hoping that Gray only goes up about $20k over the next 3 weeks

Thoughts on Kennedy-Harris? Seems to have better js than Black.

Looked at his history and there are a log of sub 50 pt performances.  After a year off, IMO, not sure he is going to score massive fantasy numbers.  If this was round 12 and you were desperate for a downgrade, but with Balic, Black, and 'the suspended Geelong bloke' all valid down grade targets in Fantasy I am staying away.

Bill Manspeaker

alrighty question. I have enough cash to go either McGrath -> Hibberd or WHE -> Gray

which would you guys do? I think the obvious is to get Gray in, but that leaves me still fielding McGrath (well I guess I could play Otten over him)

but if I get Hibberd I still have WHE on the field and he's shown he can score, but as previously mentioned Wells and Elliot will probably kill his scoring a bit

I dunno. what do yas think?

Grab Gray mate, should dominate Brissie this weekend

Ringo

Gray has the bye in 3 weeks. So if you have good cover would do that one.

I don't worry too much about the byes. I wouldn't even know how screwed I am until the byes get here :P

LaHug

I can get any premo in any position (backs already strong though so thinking mid, ruc, or fwd).

Best choices I can think of right now:
Rockliff, Zerrett, Zorko, Selwood, Sloane, Shuey, Duncan, Dusty, Oliver, Riewoldt, ANB (is he a keeper?), Yeo, Buddy, I. Smith, Gray, Barlow, Grundy

And I honestly can't decide. I've plugged in Zorko right now because I think he'll score higher than all the others (bar Sloane, who's expensive) this week... but that's very short sighted.

Currently have 4 premo backs, 5 mids (incl. Fyfe), 1 ruck (got Nank there too but counting him as a premo forward if anything), and 2-3 forwards (depending on if you count Nank).

So I probably need a forward but was wanting to get Barlow and Gray after byes.

Traders review today spoke about the top mid...they basically chose between Rocky, Merrett, Sloane Zorko....each of them were different but if had to choose it would be Rocky or Merrett...

Huttabito

Take what they say with a grain of salt, they said to ditch Newman who IMO was sure to come back soon and with such a good BE and scoring history, holding for 1 week doesn't hurt.

They did get this right though and they split them into two tiers: Rocky/Z.Merrett and then Sloane/Zorko.

I've flipped on Gray and I'll bring in Simmo. Sore groins and the Gabba turf don't mix. Also having a bye in a couple of weeks I don't know if I can get suitable cover for another Port/GC player with 4 already (freaking Eddy)

I've flipped on Gray as well and brought in Merrett. Obviously diminishes my cash in the bank, but should still have enough to go one up and one down next week.
