I've had byes in mind since selecting my Round 1 team - got a real nice balance atm

This week I'm bringing in either Zorko or Wines as a POD. Round 11 bye is pretty packed which is why I am considering Wines.

Won't have him Round 9, but will Round 11

Zorko vs Wines is my decision this week, and it's super hard to split. Wanted Zorko for ages, but already have 6 prem Round 11 players so thinking Wines is the way to go

Not sure it is as crucial this year.

Byes affect 4 rounds but are spread over 5 weeks which gives a bit of room to correct during rounds 9 - 13.

Round 9 - only Witts has over 15% ownership at this stage

Round 11 - Dahl, Beams, Steele, Buddy, Murph, Bont, Doch, McCrae, Oliver and JPK over 15%

Round 12 - Danger, Nank, Dusty, JJK, Tuohy and Yeo over 15%

Round 13 - Fyfe, Sandi , Adams, Laird, Shaw, Treloar, Greene and Pendles over 15%

Also the positional spread seems pretty favourable and of course with everyone knowing the importance of saving trades now there will be plenty of trades left to go crazy around the byes.

Lots of reasons to bring him in now.
Has lost over 100k. Enough for me. If he had shown plenty I'd be waiting for him to drop in price.
Simmo could easily get that BE anyway.
Would be bringing in Shaw if I didn't start with him.
If I wait for him to bottom out then I may miss out on rookies or another upgrade in the coming weeks.

Have looked at all my cows/midpricers and have a headache really.

Houston still trucking. Turner, WHE, and SPP can all probably wait another week or two, but are getting close. JOm and Taranto are probably ok if they get on the park, but currently aren't in. SPS, Swallow, and Roughy all have BE's that could be tough.

Numbers say flick both Swallow and Roughy. But also there aren't really any prems I want to bring in this round - Sloane is crushing it but his price will come back, Dusty still has a gigantic BE, DanHan I still want to see another ton from... Up front Not a great deal of options, maybe Greene,maybe Lynch, maybe Tex...

Honestly I'm thinking Rough and Swallow to Balic and Fisher, weakens my on field team put leaves me with close to a million in the bank... then lots of upgrades after that!

Rd 11 Bye is a worry for me to RD

Currently have JP Kennedy, Beams, Martin, Franklin and Dahl all keepers at this stage.
If I bring in Zorko or Macrae this week will be 6 which is probably maximum.

Waiting for teams to be announced but issues I have are Pickett with Eddy and Barrett not getting games and SPP, Parfitt, WHE and Butler getting close to maxing out. Add Roughy and Swallow.

Need some careful planning over the next couple of weeks with who is coming in. Hibberd will be a virtual must with another 90+ plus score at $400k and Myers should be when on the bubble.

Looking at a few downgrades this week:

Parfitt > Balic
Pickert > Fisher

Parfitt possibly has a touch more to make, but think both these guys are worth grabbing.

Next week either Parsons or Black in for Bowes/Taranto, then perhaps one of the backline rookies to Hibberd, or Bont into the mids.

Myers the week after for Bowes/Taranto.

Decisions, Decisions.

Very similar here. Looking to upgrade JOM (who hurt me this week by allowing me to loophole danger into Pendles) and it's between Zerrett, JPK, Murph, Hanners and anyone under 575k. JPK looks nice, but while my mids aren't fill of R11 byes my team  around 5 promos for that bye.

Sitting a healthy 217th overall, but I have the obvious concerns that everyone has, WHE, Swallow, as well as Taranto, Barrett, Newman and Eddy not getting games.

Balic maybe to come in for either WHE or Swallow, but still not 100% sure yet. Ideally I'd like more cash from both of them, but it might not happen. Still, I might sit this round with the hope that both reach their B/E.

This is where SC starts turning into a headache
