Anyone taking the risk on Hibberd becoming a keeper? Can he keep up the efforts of these 2 weeks.

He's getting hard to ignore, I'll probably take the punt, my team is shower so I need to take some risks

sharing the same boat.

I was gonna get Hibberd, but... I can also afford Roberton, can he keep this up? Currently at 1.5% ownership. In the top 1000 and really gunning to improve my team as much as I can each round (Bont last week, Dusty next week).

Roberton is in AA form. As long as Carlisle and Brown keep playing on the big boys Roberton will be free to run amok.

Yep, Carlisle and Brown have freed up Robbo nicely and into this perfect fantasy friendly role. Those of us who started him should be rapt. Still surprised and all the hesitation of jumping on, but at the same time I'm not complaining either.

Anyone have any opinions on Rance v. JJ?

I was set on Rance but keen to hear some views  :D

I have had Rance since Rd 1 - CD seem to love him with the game he plays which is why I picked him.  Will probably end up my D5/6 and hoping for a 95 average which he can achieve.
JJ will be similar in my opinion but has a greater deviation.

Rance's poor games are worse that JJ, but JJ's average game is lower than Rances.
Really its a much of a muchness. Either would be a solid choice for D5-6

Rance scores pretty well most weeks, so he's probably worth it if you're looking into him.

With the way things are going I could see Marchbank sitting at D6 for the year  :-\

Whats peoples opinion? Sounds laughable I know but I don't remember the cupboard being so bare in regards to good rookies. Cash generation is getting tough and trades will be gold when you have to do 2 down for each upgrade!

Marchbank is definitely the last needed to be downgraded if you also have Otten and Hampton on the ground like I do.

I want to flower off Hampton quick smart....

wish i'd kept him. traded him a few back thought he wouldn't make much more $$ with be of like 40 then he scores well past 2 weeks to rub it in
