Round 5 and we have another Monday game, aaaaaaand a Tuesday game. How great. I am simply overjoyed. Yes.

You get to name 5 emergencies this week.

Fixture:

Rams vs Hedgies: The Rams just did enough against the Hoods to get their first win of the season. Meanwhile, the Hedgies were fairly poor themselves. Rams at home could be a chance, but I'll back Dusty to bounce back and the Hedgies to come home with the win.

Bunnies vs Hoods: Bunnies backed up their round 3 performance with an awesome win against the Badgers (SR pls :'()! The Hoods were poor yet again, going down in a very low scoring affair to the Rams, and I can't see them getting their first win this week.

Magic vs Owls: The Magic have been fairly impressive the last few weeks, no doubt due to the insane form of Sloaney the last few weeks. The Owls have been in great form basically all season though. I think the Magic are a really good chance here, but can't tip against the Owls.

Leeches vs Badgers: flower me. Ugh. Badgers have been really poor after their strong showing in round 1. And a hamstring injury to Tom Cutler is just the icing on the cake. The Leeches meanwhile have been going along really well, and posted a huuuuuuuuge score on the weekend to get over the Knights. After these last 2 weeks, gotta go with the Leeches, especially at home.

Breakers vs Giants: This could be one of the closest matches of the round, honestly have no idea which way it will go. Breakers started off the season a bit disappointing, but performed well against the Hurricanes. The Giants have been getting better basically every week, with a bit of a drop off last week, but still have shown a lot so far this season. I am going to back the Giants in this one!

Knights vs Werewolves: Marlon pls, what are you doing. The Knights are yet to crack 2200 this season, whereas the Werewolves haven't gone under that mark. They were good without being great in their win over the Steins, and will get another win this week.

Hurricanes vs Hawks: The Hurricanes just keep doing what they always do, with another win against the Breakers on the weekend, and now remain as the only undefeated team in the competition. The Hawks looked promising, but were poor last week and the Dragons absolutely killed them. To be fair, it was a good week to under-perform! Hurricanes at home though is just as tough of a challenge, and it's hard to see the Hawks getting over the line here.

Steins vs Dragons: The Steins almost got over the line against the Werewolves, and have now lost their last 2 games after a 2-0 start to the season. Meanwhile, the Dragons...well...take a look at the match results from round 4. Then after you pinch yourself, or throw a bucket of water over your head, take another look. Ridiculous. When their midfield fires, I daresay that absolutely no-one stands a chance at beating them. Can see it firing again this week, lead by the goat that is Rocky. Dragons for me.

Been fairly busy so I'll update this tomorrow afternoon hopefully. Will also update all awards and everything as well.

@ringo, thoughts on an extra emg spot this week? Or just some sort of leniency for Monday and Tuesday games.

Given that we have a Monday and Tuesday game this week so potential for late outs will allow 5 emergencies to be named. Seen with the last Monday Game a late out so this with 4 teams playing after the normal Friday cut off where Sunday Teams are final extra bench spot warranted.
