was looking at macrae all preseason but couldnt fit him in 92 98 108 107 is very very solid. exactly what my forward line needs, have traded out Lynch round 2 for him to go 128 average over the next 2 rounds. In saying that I traded him to bont who went 124 so not too bad.

then brought in Touk for Bowes only for Touk to beat Bowes.

hoping one comes off alright. surely its Macrae.If roughy beats Macrae this week im not going to be happy.

Think he could become Balic. Leaving me an upgrade to do.

Giving him another week at least he has put up 78 and 92.

he puts up one of those week and you will be kicking yourself as he will start making cash again. Got Carlton and Lions next 2 weeks think he will go reasonable and i want him on field.

Taranto im dropping has put up 75 as his best game and costs more then SPP.

Out for me, his BE will be that range for two weeks as he has the 41 and 51 in his price cycle and then 2 more games until their bye. Probably still has 50k left in him but I'm turning him and Roughie into Adams and Balic.

Certainly wouldnt trade out marchbank been scoring very well and worth a spot on the team. Guys got a 77 average so one of the last guys to go out unless this changes and a 74 on the weekend is good.

I'm thinking the same thing, but with the way Hoskin-Elliot and Marchbank are scoring I think we need to hold on.

Feel like we need to be a little more patient this year, looks like we'll be struggling to find rookies that will break the $300k barrier in a short space of time. Few extra downgrade trades and some patience this year will be the key.

Won't trade Marchbank, probably shouldn't have even mentioned him but WHE I think is an option because unless he scores a few 90+ his price is going to be somewhat stagnant

Either way I think I'll just hold and wait for current rookies to moo more

JJK maybe but i like the consistency of Macrae.

Yeo no way, not that much cheaper and all over the place. Already regret Touk. basically at this point want as many solid premos as possible.

now have Bont Dahl Macrae an im very happy. Can see them all going good every week.

I could really only justify tradin out Roughy or SPP, which sounds ridiculous in the case of SPP.
His BE is 41 and if I get Balic in I free up $100k.

Will obviously depend on teams but im seriously considering trading Marchbank out to Williamson and banking the 180k

Marchbank has 50-60k left to make, maybe 30k over the next 2-3 weeks.  That's if he averages 70-80.

Def rookies are scoring well so not having him on field for 1 week isn't the end of the world.
Otten has atleast 3-4 more weeks of good cash generation barring a super spud score. Lock on field
Newman is scoring very nicely. Lock on field
Hampton probably has 1 week left in him before needing to go.

With Hampton likely needing to be traded next week you will either need an upgrade or downgrade option. The issue I see is that def rookies that will be on the bubble next week look very poor, so upgrade is probably needed (id have 240k in the bank). Which would mean I could upgrade to anyone 500k before any other possible trades.

Williamson is on the bubble this week with a 77 & 45 and has looked reasonable, has potential to make 150k+ which works out better value than losing 30k from Marchbank and getting 100k from either Cox or Long. Additionally, if you have Hibberd you can loophole Williamson for the next 2 weeks.

I only see Tucker and Sutcliffe pushing their cases in the WAFL. Tabs also but can't see him coming in

Of those that played on the weekend Grey is probably the only one I would consider dropping, but Ross will most likely keep backing this group in.
