Got 650K in the bank...should I make 2 upgrades (Roughy, Zak Jones, Bob Murphy, Treloar) or 1 upgrade and trade Roughy to Balic to keep the cash flow flowing?

I want to dump Roughy, but I only have 20k in the bank. I'd be happy to grab Balic, but the rookies I have atm are still mooing and the ones that aren't making much (Pickett & Eddy) I'm not sure if it's worth using a valuable trade on getting rid of them just for Balic

Like Raisy, I'm not sure I'll make any trades this week.

Hibberd and Eddy I still have, but Hibberd will yet again be a valuable loophole and if a Eddy plays he stays. If not, could well go Eddy->Williamson or Balic via Pickett.
