Hi all still consider myself a newbie to Supercoach.
I have a decent team scoring 2250 last round.
I have 380k in the bank. Should i look to get another Elite player in defence or mid or is it best to stock up on rookies now...?

kilbluff1985

should post ur team cause ur probs missing a premo

Post your team in Supercoach team advice thread if you wish and coaches will give advice,

The Idea with SC is to finish your team as quickly as possible so you can start to get maximum points. With the amount of cash you have suspect you may be a premium short somewhere at this stage.

Even still i'd wait 2-3 weeks, some real bargains will be hitting us up soon

Cheers will post shortly.
I just think it is an interesting time right now. Players like Wines and Martin i feel will continue to dominate the mids and their prices will continue to grow.

what odds dusty goes 3 under 100 in a row.    As much I have been against Dusty inconsistency in the past.  He seems to have moved on and is now competing with Dangers, Fyfes, abletts etc.    If he does drop below 600 before byes i will get him but it seems unlikely.

Hmmm priorities>Get good cash generating rookies (not all are needed but the main ones ect)
                         >If your team is averaging over 2200 per week thus far you could actually wait 2 weeks
for your rookies to fatten, three good price hikes and that 350k could turn a few rookies into 2 premo midfielders
or even pick off a few fallen premos having form slumps like Simpson in the backline ect.

Unless you are fighting for position in a top couple thousand overall id be inclined to wait and hit upgrading hard
in 2 rounds, you'll come home like a freight train and it gives you a couple more weeks to see if guys like Wines and
                           Martin can maintain.

Thanks Grufflez. Good pointers
