Dublin lose at home to a team with an OOP ruck

BOOM!

Purple 77

Ah, the SC scaling tease.

You see, the Haw/Geel total adds up to 3302, but I don't think scaling has happened yet.

But it might have? Who knows! They might update it in 5 minutes, two hours, or tomorrow. Each of those scenarios has happened to me so far  ::)

Well Duncan tried his hardest but it was all too late.

Jake Melksham, please pack your bags and leave Toronto. And never come back.

You know what? I'm not gonna blink first this time CD. I'll be back in an hour.

In the mean time, the only result in dispute today has incredibly gone in favour of the Islanders!

Purple 77

Sigh, I still bet CD will scale their scores. If anyone sees that they have from this point onwards, kindly let me know.

But no results will be affected anyway.

Flat Brewers Too Strong For Spetsnaz

I don't think I've ever noticed so many scores in the 60-80 range before. 17 players here didn't want to take that next step.

Jaguars Sand Blasted

Wow. Like, Cairo was the team of the week! Amazing efforts Sands, and you've officially turned my mindset when it comes to talking Cairo. Not many teams will beat both Pacific & Rio this year.

Meanwhile, Rio brings justice to the thread title.

PNL make it Rain...deers

PNL have been building up to this, and have to be commended for turning things around in the aisle of doubts. The Cobras continue their up and down season.

Seouls' Material Lynch-Pin

320 points between Matera and Tom J Lynch has seen Seoul notch up another 140+ score, but this time with no notable contribution from Danger! The Saints remain patient for the returns of their veterans, although CC Neal-Bullen did OK!

New York sends Dublin Crooke

Wow, on two accounts. 1) Dublin's "best starting 4 midfield in the comp" averaged 79.25 and 2) New York won at Crooke Park with an OOP ruck! The Revolution's ability to conjure up wins this year has been astounding, but this one is probably its most impressive. An even performance is what got the Destroyers in the end, and I find that crazy.

Dublin Destroyers (20.8.128) lost to New York Revolution (22.9.141)

Islanders Triumph yet again

This was the MOTR that's for sure. Beijing were looking likely to win heading into Monday, but Thurlow choked horribly and Motlop rose to the occasion. Another painful loss for the Thunder, and a great win for the Islanders.

Samurai Blinded Over Rockliff

The Samurai were doing well and were with a genuine shot at knocking over the Suns, but Captain Rockliff (176 x 2) had other ideas.

Royals stave off hungry Wolves

It was a great opportunity for both teams, but it was the Royals bottom 5 players that wanted it more (305 points scored to 200 points). A bitter feeling for Toronto, but 3 in a row has London sky high!
