Frankly, I can't understand why he hasn't appealed for leniency on selecting a player outside the leadership group. That's even more disappointing.

Lol, do you know that Max Gawn's 2015 year had a lot to do with the Leadership Group rule? Basically stops pre-season nobodies like Nank unrealistically taking captaincy duties later on :P
