Anyone know what his JS is like?

worth downgrading JOM to him to sit at m11 while he makes 200k??

Scored a 40 round 2, I really thni kit would just be worth keeping JOM if you wanted to do that trade
Im not to sure but i would not think Fox's JS would be great, Heeney, Mcveigh etc to come back

I think Newman and Hayward have better JS, but all 3 looked good. Newman is the one to get this round if you're only getting 1 imo, scoring potential is solid and he's a bigger, more mature body than the other 2.

But trading out jom to him gives me 280k in the bank for future weeks, allowing me to bring SPP and SPS onto the field, who are scoring better than him. Also, i already brought in Newman last week.

Fair play mate, SPP and SPS both on the field could be risky, but if your happy with midfield rookies i guess Fox as a m11, is alright, will have plenty of money to upgrade one SPP or SPS in a couple of weeks atleast

SPP and SPS can't be trusted on the field IMO.

I have got rid of O'Meara for Bont, swung Adams to the mids via Hibberd (Newman onto the ground) and put Powell-Pepper to the bench where he belongs as my emergency.

Money Shot

Newman - Hayward - Fox

Newman looks really good down back so I don't see him losing his spot anytime soon and was probably one of the better players for the swans on Friday night.

Hayward I wasn't sure on but he kicked 3 against Collingwood and was Sydney's top goal scorer so that probably cemented his spot for a few weeks anyways.

Fox hasn't looked bad but in saying that he hasn't really set the world on fire either.

There's a big group of guys Fox/Hewlett/Foote/Marsh/Dawson and too a lesser extent Hayward/Newman that could all get dropped for guys like McVeigh/Heeney/Papley/Rampe/Rohan when they are fit.

All are a few weeks away so I think next week will be the make or break week for guys like Fox.

Nope.

Which is why I have traded him to Bont.  ;D

Bont and Adams are now my M7 and M8.  ;)

Powell-Pepper goes to the bench.  8)

I'd trust SPP and SPS more than Newman tbh :P

Newman has scored 73 and 105 which is more than good enough for a D5 at this point in time.

I can always put him back to the bench if I have to and throw Adams back to the backline and put Powell-Pepper on the ground.

Backs this week will be - Shaw, Laird, Otten, Hampton, Newman, Marchbank (Stewart, Hibberd)

You don't like the fact that they've scored: 137, 141, 167 as a pair in the first 3 weeks? SPP looks amazing in the first two weeks and has a down Showdown (huge crowd, lots of nerves to be expected really). SPS starts slowly (Again, plays a huge game in Rd 1 on debut) and goes bang in Round 3.

Feel free to trade in dodgy mid-pricers, but you'll run out of trades and not gain any meaningful points by doing so. SPP and SPS are the two mid rookies that really should be M7 and M8.

I'll probably pass on Fox, just grab Newman (From Hibberd, Stewart or Taranto) and hold my 2nd trade at this stage.

Um, where did I say that I was trading in dodgy mid pricers?  ???

I am trading O'Meara > Bont and putting Powell-Pepper to M9 where I reckon he belongs in my team.

I now don't have any rookies or mid pricers in my midfield which is how I like it.

Newman can go to D6 while Adams is my temp M8 until I can bring another premo mid in.

Struggling to find much info about where Fox is currently at. Does anyone have any info on how his knee is tracking, and how his prospects for a senior recall are? I'm deciding who is most likely to play again and who to cull between Fox, who I was actually reasonably impressed with in his three short games, and Florent, who I take it Sydney are keen on and who looks creative and quick, but maybe not ready for seniors yet.

Cheers

Fox has been put back on the rookie list after Rohan(?) came off the LTI list.

Think he needs another LTI to get promoted again.
