Am I right to be worried? Could just be the odd low score but it really looked like defenders were getting under his skin too easily. Would it be sensible to trade down to Nank or WHE/Houston/Butler?

fanTCfool

Gold Coast played the best side in the comp (arguably) and they hardly kicked a goal all day. Don't worry.

batt

Gold Coast played the worst they could possibly play against GWS.  Nowhere near enough forward supply to judge his performance.

Will be confidently holding.

You picked him knowing that it would be a rollercoaster. KPPs always have their big games and their low scoring games. Gotta take the good with the bad. He could easily kick a bag against the Hawks this week, who knows.

Not true at all.

Look at his last 11 games.

75-112 was his range he was highly condistent. Being a kpp doesnt make you a rollercoaster.

Im dumping him for bont who will kill him in scoring.

And in those 11 games he played; Tigers, Hawks, Saints, Lions, Dogs, Freo, Dees, GWS, Bombers, Pies, Port

Mostly bottom 10 teams. In the 4 games prior to that he played (most recent first); Swans (37), Eagles (66), Crows (77), GWS (42). And a couple games before that against North and Geelong he scored 71 and 69 respectively. And of course in the games where he played Bombers, Dees, Lions, Blues, and Freo, he averaged around 115 against those teams.

When the Suns get smashed by a top team, he'll usually struggle. When they play a bottom 10 team, he should do quite well. Hawks haven't been that great so far this year. He then has the Blues, Crows, Norf, Cats, and Port before their bye. Would expect good scores against the Blues, Norf, and maybe Port. Maybe Hawks too this week. Cats and Crows I think he could struggle. His run home is pretty damn good though. I may look at bringing him in a bit after his bye.

Those 11 teams look a fair representation on the league.

Just think gc are worse then i expected. If not for the late goal against brisbane when the game was on the line he was going to score about 80.

Wouldnt move him for a forward but if you get a premo mid worth it.

Eg pendles rocky bont etc...

Why would you trade him,he got 94 last week which is fine and has had one really bad game so far

rfc4eva

I needed to get in WHE and really wasn't happy with the way him or the Suns were perfroming so traded him in round 2 and of course he starts scoring  :'(
