dont worry. we may well go 0-5 but i guarantee we make finals, 7 near debutants tonight, as the season goes in we will get better and  better.

If you 0-5, you would have to go 14-3 just to be in the bottom half of the eight, very unlikely to do that after a 0-5 start no matter what.

Dunno how many times I have to tell people this before they take any notice - clearances aren't a scoring stat in SC!

Hardball get = 3
Handball effective = 1
Handball receive = 1
Kick effective = 3
Goal = depends how many goals are kicked for the match and the margin at the time, but usually 6-7 while the match is reasonably even. In this case it was worth 7.

People who moan about the rigged scoring system should probably investigate ALL the scoring and scaling methods. How much is a contested knock on to advantage worth (without scaling applied)? Anyone??
