Started in 11.1% of teams,

Rght now he is only in 6.5% of teams.

Likely half or more of those are non players

Should be an Uber POD, all i know is that in my main league 6 had him before this week, im the only 1 left with him.
Very nice 8)

The bloke must have smashed down a couple of stubbies before the game! ;)
The footy shows segment last night was horrible about that!

Don't watch the footy show so didn't see it.

Totally agree. It's why i stopped watching it years ago.

I dumped him. The downgrade to Murphy gave me some much needed cash if I need to make a corrective trades in the next couple of weeks if I need them.

Will be $573k after this week and another 100 will see him bottom out around $550k.

Lucky that 52 is only in one price change, so you won't lose that much coin. Considering bringing him in though.

Would love to jump on before he plays Carlton and Brisbane..

Hoping he bottoms out too early for people to jump on, normlly upgrades start around R7.

Well done to those who kept their nerve and held. I've got a feeling that those who did trade will regret it big time. As mentioned in this forum he's now a great POD and he could well go nuts now and find form. Just shows that anyone can have two bad games in a row, maybe Hanners just had his two poor ones at the start of the year...

whorya

wont be much of a POD in about 2 weeks...

Anyone who can upgrade in 2 weeks time is doing really well, or is offsetting the cost of the upgrade by not taking the full amount of cash generation (rookie error).

I traded Ryder to Butler which put $300,000 in my kitty for upgrades.  8)

Figure Butler/Houston/Hannan at F6 will do just as god as what Ryder was doing.  :-X

Probably true, but in reality by upgrading a rookie to say Hanners in a couple of weeks, you've essentially sideways traded twice (or corrected, however you wish to see it). Rookie to Butler, and Ryder to Hanners. Still the same number of keepers you originally had, as you wouldn't have picked Ryder unless you wanted him to sit F6/7 at worst. Of course Hanners is a better premo than Ryder, but is it worth 2 trades?

Mat0369

Here is a plus for those that traded Hanners. He has traditionally struggled to score in losses. 2 years ago I picked him as a starting mid hoping he could increase his scoring in losses to become a legit premium. I broke down the numbers somewhere showing in fact how poor his scores were in these losses. The Swans have started the season 0-3 and could be 0-5.

It's more about cash generation for me at this point and getting the best rookies in.

I can't see Ryder being a forward premo keeper so decided to cull him now and bring in Butler who will go up $76k while Ryder will stagnate in price.

The $300,000 I have in the kitty will go towards upgrading Witts to Gawn or O'Meara and Powell-Pepper to Bont and Rocky.  8)
