How is that holding the ball?! He had his arms around him as he took possession of the ball. This is putrid!

No attempt to dispose of it. Don't you folks know the rules?

Gigantor

Pretty average fantasy wise by the big Sydney 3, JPK, Hanners and Park.
Would be a bit nervous if I was a hanners owner

But you've got to have prior opportunity. How can you dispose of the ball while wrapped up without simply dropping the ball.

He doesn't look right. He is a gut running beast and destroys his opponent on the spread. He also has a pretty good mix between inside and outside, he looked to be sitting a lot outside and not hunting the clearances either. I think I'll make a corrective trade before round 3.

"Since the introduction of the top eight finals system in 1994, a team has started a season 0-2  on 100 occasions.

Seventeen times a team has rebounded from a 0-2 start and played finals â€" but only four times in the past decade and once since 2008 (Sydney Swans in 2014 who then went on to be minor premiers)"

Sydney are up against it this year

heh, heh - for a moment I thought it was just me as a biased supporter, but obviously i'm not Robinson Crusoe at the moment re tonight's 'umpiring' ...  ;)

having said that, Swannies didn't deserve to win - Dogs better structured, cleaner with the ball (apart from the now famous 'close in throws') and faster on the outside ... I was surprised we took the lead in the 4th and it didn't last long ...   :P    ;)

Buddy was immense in that first 10 minutes of Q4. What a star.

Haha classic!

Only a dogs supporter could possibly think that wasn't terribly one sided umpiring.
The dogs were the better team for the majority of the night and deserved the win but the umpiring ruined what was a really entertaining close game

Nah that one was fair enough. Regardless of whether you have prior opportunity or not, if you don't try to get rid of it you're flowered.
