So I haven't looked up scores yet, so I've devised a little fixture, I'm going to make it super artificial and make this a weird round system- the initial match ups have tried to put teams with equal ladder positions against each other from last year

Round 1: Full teams
A: Croatia vs Belarus
B: Belgium vs Svalbard
C: Iceland vs Hungary

Round 2:  Only the lowest 6 scoring players from each team
D: Winner of A vs Winner of B
E: Winner of C vs Highest scoring losing team from A, B or C

Final: The 2nd highest scoring player from the team + the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th lowest scoring players
F: Winner of D vs Winner of E

It looks contrived, but the later round are supposed to be testing depth (while still having different scores :P ), 'captaincy' for both Round 2 and the finals will be your second highest scoring player that's being counted in that game.

If you guys can do the calcs for your teams yourselves, that'd be great, but if not I'll do them :P
