Looks a big mistake picking Treloar over Martin that's for sure

Just about done with SC, I know people hate complainers. But the amount of players who are above or around Treloars score who had no where near the flowering impact Treloar has is ridiculous.

Adam Treloar 35 touches at 65%. 2 goals - 108

Cotchin - 26 touches at 65%. 2 goals - 135
Howe - 15 touches at 73%. 0 goals - 90
Caddy - 19 touches at 52%. 1 goal - 92
Edwards - 17 touches at 58%. 1 goal - 95 points
Adams - 25 touches at 64%. 0 goals - 111 points

I mean I understand there's contested pill and uncontested pill, and that the game is based on efficiency, but there's guys out there such as Caddy that are butchering it worse than him and aren't getting penalised. There are guys who you barely sighted watching the game getting the same or more supercoach than him.
Cotch - 5 less clangers puts him 20pts ahead. 5 extra tackles puts him another 20pts ahead. More contested ball and clearances. Treloar 4 extra marks. So Treloar's extra 3 kicks and 6 handballs at 65% got him around 15 points, which is about right considering 3 of those touches would have been worth basically 0.

Howe - score was about spot in considering how many contested marks he gets from the opposition, and his decent DE with just the 1 clanger

I'll admit Caddy and Edwards probs 10 points or so higher than they should have gotten, but they were both very good in the 2nd half when points probably got a better scaling

Adams was pretty good all night, Treloar's extra 4 clangers probably the difference there as to why Adams outscored him by 3 points

Watching the entire game, I thought Treloar deserved 110-115. So 108 isn't really that bad, people just mad cause they started him over Pendles I assume ;)

I was surprised to see Dusty scored 118. In what I thought was a quieter game he still scored really well. He wasn't as damaging after the head knock and spent a lot of time deep forward.

7 clangers, we dont know if the clangers were off kicks or handballs remember that ineffective are worth 0 so if you have 7 clangers at -4 each all off kicks (ineffective). Its even worse f thye are uncontested. Add in low tackle numbers, less cleaances, low score assist chains and you should understand.
Treloar will score better once he starts using the ball a bit better.

Last quarter was really good which really helped his score I reckon.

One could have been the sealer which would have given him a nice boost. If Hanners looks completely cooked tomorrow night I'll be super tempted to make the corrective trade next week.

Time to trade Treloar to JPK/Bont/Rockliff next week I reckon.

Butchers the ball way too much that is killing his scores and will drop in value....  :-\

LOL JM when will you learn??!!

He's a keeper so a drop in value means nothing

LOL!

Just venting but giving people a few lol's in the process RD.  ;D

I'm sure I will calm down by tomorrow.

PS.

I was venting when I thought his score was 83 for the whole game.

108 is better but this guy is still the butcher king and lost 28 points from that alone which isn't good enough!  >:(

If Treloar is the butcher then Caddy must be the slaughterman.    His disposal was shocking.

Treloar and Caddy should open a butchery up together.  ;D

The question is at 608k does he have to go? 96 and 108.
Just saying Dusty, Bont, T Mitch, Heppell all cheaper and could be an option.
I just don't think Treloar is going to go many games 120+.

Samsturmfels

Averging 102 atm. If he were to get 130 next his average would be a reasonable  111

My Chumps

You absolutely must trade him out now. Stephen Hill or Brad Ebert look the goods this year for 200k less. Both averaging 20 points more. Act now!

Treloar 35 touches at 65%, 10 contested, 6 clangers and 3 clearances, 2 goals.

Pendles 32 touches at 71%, 13 contested, 5 clangers and 5 clearances, 0 goals.

About the same kick to handball ratio. Treloar deserved 120, Pendles deserved 110.

Conclusion - CD Hate Treloar so far this season and don't have him in their teams!  ::)

Also, am not worried one bit about his average. It'll be over 110 by years end.

Last year was averaging 106 until the last 3 rounds and boosted it to 111.

11 clangers in 2 games is very unlike him. He'll begin to iron out those clangers and up the contested ball.

He'll be absolutely fine.
