here's hoping he's got two or three more stinkers in him in the early rounds. Currently number 1 on the potential fallen premo list.
Scored 96 and he's on the a fallen Premo list?

Only needs a 125 next week, which is what he would've gotten bar a coupe clangers and he is up to his average.

Pendles started with an 89 last year, then pumped out 11 consecutive tons. Not the slightest bit worried about Treloar.

Pendles had broken ribs though and was playing out of position in the backline Round 1 last year. What was Treloar's excuse? He might be the new Jack Steven - AFL Fantasy/DT only
Hahahaha my god, it's been one game and he scored 96, nothing to panic about. Also averaged 111 last year so looks like he can score in SC ::)

Jack Steven averaged 110 in Supercoach once. How come no-one picks him anymore?

Don't worry, I think I know the answer  ;)

Silly Comparison.

Jack Stevens SC scoring is up and down like a yoyo (60 one week, 150 the next). Treloar is consistent, no score under 81 last year with  16 tons and a 98!

Why is there a 5 page thread about a single score?

Well, at least footy is back! ;D

I think I opened up a can of worms! LOL!  ;D

Treloar is a jet, I'm glad I picked him and he will average 110+ but he will never be as good a scorer as Bont, Danger, Fyfe etc as he butches the ball continuesly and it caps his scoring

Combined with the fact that he doesn't win a heap of contested ball as well though. E.g. Rocky had a lot of ineffective disposals yesterday, but had like 25 CPs which game him a massive boost regardless. If Treloar got more contested ball, I could see him going 115 easy.

I fell for the hype and traded him in at expense of Hanners 30 seconds before start of Pies game, not really having watched him all that much. It's a good thing that I missed the Hanners spud score, but still undecided about Treloar. I watched some of the game and he seemed to butcher the ball with a couple of out of bounds on full and still almost scored 100, so there is some hope. Needs to watch Pendles and learn from him. I think he can become a top 10 mid, but can't see him being uber elite either.

Hell, after Hanners score I'd be doing cartwheels.

Yes Bully you are spot on, dodged a major bullet..... I had Hanners last year and towards the end of the year he started scouting the packs and looked a little out of the contest. Thought he might have been carrying an injury, so didn't read too much into it. It's only one game but looks like he might be continuing scouting the packs and being ineffective. Time will tell.

He scored 90+... if thats a game where he butchers it then its going to be a good year from Treloar, dont stress folks.

Treloar, mark my words, will break out into the uber premium status this year barring injuries.
He is in his 6th season which, historically speaking, is the perfect year for breakouts into the top echelon of scorers.
His ceiling is huge - scored 169 last year and there was a 150 odd a couple of years back at the giants
He is uber consistent - barely scores below 100
In a team that other will attract the tag (Pendles)
He is exactly the type of player that you want to start, very consistent, low standard deviation, not injury prone (touch wood) with a lot of upside

Yeah im not worried after one week, was between him and pendles for me, hopefully Treloar makes me feel better on the decision tomorrow!
