Sean Darcy for the rising star nomination soon and in the conversation for the award come seasons end.

Def and fwds are worth pretty much the same. 10 points more than mids. An 80 ave fwd or def should be worth a 90 ave mid, at least.

Rucks worth the most, I'd say another 10 points more than fwds or defs.

2nd and 3rd year players should be better than the fresh meat so the bold guys (except mature age Ryan) should get extra credit.

Burton got it in the bag.

Best first year player is greenwood in my books.

As he should!

Consistency is key.  ;)

RaisyDaisy

Darcy has no chance of winning. Won't have played enough games to compete

Holz

If rucks are worth the most chuck me a 120 defender or fwd for a 110 ruck. Or better yet Danger

You don't have a 110 ruck ;)

You don't have a 110 ruck ;)

Give it time.

111 in the last 9 weeks.

Slow start due to injury.

Kreuzer has been a beast, 7 week average of 130 is insane thats Goldy 2015 level.

odds are he will slow down at some point given this is his 10th season and he has never averaged over 100.

guy has talent just never been able to string it together, 90 103 in his last 2 games must be a little concerning.

RaisyDaisy

You guys bragging about Goldy and Kreuz

Pffft, we have Sam Gilbert!

2012: 20 games @ 92.3
2013: 16 games @ 97.8 (102 unsubbed)
2014: 1 game @ 69
2015: 13 games @ 89.2
2016: 21 games @ 73 (shared ruck duties with Phillips)
2017: 14 games @ 109.4***

To me it looks like he's always had the scoring ability but just hasn't had the continuity. Last year was the most games he's played in a season and that has set him up for a career best year. He's a former #1 draft pick that is only now reaching his potential and this is just the start.

he always has these purple patches then gets injured or something happens.

2013 the best example Pumped out a 124 over 6 rounds then went 72 (inj) came back for 68 82. Thats after starting the season 113 109 then getting injured.

then injured 2014

missed first half of 2015.

he has the talent no doubt.

The body is the worry.

after playing 42 of his first 44 games he then went on to only play 75 of the next 132. That would hold anyone back.

if his body holds up then he will be a gun, big if though.

As i have said before he isnt young either. He is only 11 months younger then Goldy.
