I know your going for POD players but your midfield is to left field.

It's highly unlikely that Kelly, Gaff and Crouch will be in the top 8 mids come season end.

I would downgrade touhy or Laird and upgrade McCarthy and either Gaff or Crouch?

like kelly of the three pods in mids but 3 is too much! apart from that good team! your also missing a fwd!!!

Your mids although different will put you behind most teams - The only one of Crouch, Gaff and Kelly I would consider keeping is Kelly. I would look at downgrading one the 4 prem defenders to a playing rookie your pick and then use cash to upgrade 2 of the three.
Also missing a forward Hopefully a prem.
