Could be a strong downgrade option. 24 year old 102k DEF who plays a small defender role with good speed and very good kicking ability.

Bombers have a bit of a vacancy with McKenna being suspended a game and not really impressing in the brutal Adelaide loss. Baguley is the only permanent small defender right now, with Kelly rotating through defence and midfield and McGrath also being eased into a midfield role.

Only other competition for McNiece's role would be McKenna, Gleeson and J Merrett who are meh at best.
