Meanwhile, Michael Apeness injured his left knee playing for Peel in a practice match against West Perth at the weekend.

The 22-year-old, who suffered a tear in his posterior cruciate ligament, does not require surgery but will wear a brace on his knee and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.
