I reckon the only thing you can do is offer a trade in value of 12G for the card, let it be traded in as a gold for a platinum or be kept as an AOA card despite the change in gold to silver.

Or as Holz stated, a 50/50 punt on an actual GOLD collectible card in captain card or extra player.

I think it's unfair. You have over a 60% chance of gaining a gold player.

If I had of known this I would've kept my THREE AOA cards I have received in packs and then gained 3 gold players instead of trading them in for $$ to try and gain players elsewhere. We all know an AOA is practically useless this early in the year, so of course you're gonna sell to try your luck at a better team on the park.

Yeah was thinking about this earlier. I reckon either keep, or cash in for 12g. Getting a gold player too unfair to those who already cashed theirs in. Or i guess switching for another gold consumable as well could be a good option as LS mentioned earlier, but with wato as an example, he may have wanted to do this earlier if he had the chance.

I reckon you should get the choice.

Trade in for 12G's.
Substitute for a 50/50 captain card extra player opportunity.
Keep the AOA card despite changing from gold to silver.
OR if you have enough trade in for a plat.

Here are my conclusions,

All Out Attack Card
- The All Out Attack Card is not worthy of its gold rarity
- All Out Attack Card will be available in packs as a silver collectible from next week onwards

Existing All Out Attacks Cards must be...
- Used this week, or
- Sold for 12G, or
- Upgraded to a platinum with 6 other gold cards, or
- Exchanged for a different gold collectible (Captain Card or Extra Player)
Any Gold All Out Attack cards held by a user at the conclusion of this week will automatically be sold for 12G.

New Card: Spare Man
- The Spare Man Card is a silver collectible, joining All Out Attack and Home Ground Advantage
- Spare Man allows users to play one less midfielder or forward to play an extra defender
- Will be available in packs as a silver collectible from next week onwards

The Utility (3-3-1-3-1 Format)
- Is a great idea
- Will not be a permanent addition to UTG Season 2
- Is almost certain to be a permanent addition to UTG Season 3
- Will be used for Rounds 11, 12 and 13 this season

I think that covers everything!

Holz, JV, BM and Hawka will now be required to act on their All Out Attack Card.

Out of interest, what are the ratio's of each position?  Seems fairly hard to pick up defenders!

I would imagine it's just got to do with how many are available in each position (i.e. rucks much much harder to get). So if there's 300 mids and 250 defenders, mids are slightly easier to get. But for the most part, just luck of the draw :P

Like GL said, just the luck of the draw.

Each specific player, regardless of position, would have the same chance of being packed as any other player within their rarity tier, at least I think that's how it works.

Each position was staggered with similar ratios between Plat, Gold, Silver and Bronze, so there's no positional bias other than the simple fact that there are more listed midfielders than there are defenders, and the luck of the draw of course.
