One thing I am reconsidering is the rarity of an All Out Attack, unlike an Extra Player, it doesn't actually give you an additional score, just a different score. It is probably not 'special' enough to warrant its gold rarity. As well as this, it would make sense to have a 'Spare Man' card to play an extra defender rather than M/F, as if there is one for the forwards, it would be fair that one exists for the backs too. This could join the AOA as a silver collectible card. I'd love some thoughts on that.

Yeah love both changes to be honest, nice man
Yeah I like it. Considering HGA is +20 and a Silver, and AOA is probably not gonna get you much more than 20-30 points anyway unless you actually don't have enough defenders, so changing it to a Silver seems fair to me. Also like the idea of a Spare Man collectable as well :)

I guess the one thing against this is that some people have already traded in AOA cards, or have some atm, so when would this change be taking effect, and would people who already have them be able to cash them in as Golds still? Because technically I assume they would have gotten a player instead of the AOA card if it was a Silver.

a 3rd card of Twin Towers would be interesting where you can play 2 rucks and one less mid/forward or back. Again i would probably use that card this week with Tippett Witts.
Don't mind this either :)

Yep existing AOAs would still be able to be sold back at original market value 12G, or exchanged for another gold card as compensation, or kept!
There are only 4 coaches with a AOA being Holz, BM, JV and Hawka who this would effect.

Yeah was kinda wondering when I would use this card.  I'll trade it for another gold if possible then.  It actually would come in handy if I got another solid forward cos my backline is rubbish, but I'm a gamblng man!

Big fan of trading the AOA for another Gold. Is a largely useless card especially for me as i have good defenders. Can only imagine if it didnt exists and the Gold would have been like a mar murphy card.

Shouldn't the redraw only be for another gold consumable card? A chance at a gold player at this point in time is a huge advantage, yet another consumable would be fair given it was already a consumable.

I guess it depends how the spreadsheet works. I imagine if there is say 100 gold players and 3 consumables then the chance of getting a gold consumable is around 2.9%. If it doesn't work that way and its skewed so consumables have a higher chance then fair enough it should be another consumable.

I believe it is a higher chance to get a consumable either that or we just seem to pull a lot more consumables that we should be.
FTC will let us know though.

Im happy with the changes if we do them all. I do think Utility would be better to start next year though.

I would tend to agree, getting any gold is a massive win for those currently with those cards.

There are currently 147 gold cards, 60 of them are collectibles (including All Out Attack), the existing All Out Attack cards can be redrawn so that the likelihood of getting a gold player or a collectible is the same as it was when the packs were purchased, I don't think we can make it much fairer than that.

Agree with this, if I get a solid gold player great, if I get a collectible, so be it, I'll use it too put m side at an advantage.  Odd's of getting either type of gold should be the same as when we picked that card up.  If change is approved then I'll put my AOA on the trade table.

Yep agree, seems to fair thing to do essentially the scenario if the card was never a gold.

Of course you 3 agree, you're the 3 with the AOA cards still in hand.

I think it's unfair. You have over a 60% chance of gaining a gold player.

If I had of known this I would've kept my THREE AOA cards I have received in packs and then gained 3 gold players instead of trading them in for $$ to try and gain players elsewhere. We all know an AOA is practically useless this early in the year, so of course you're gonna sell to try your luck at a better team on the park.

Totally unfair imo.

Actually a good point.

Think the fair thing is then a 50 50 for captain card or extra player
