probably too late but would you consider something like 7 bronze for a silver and you pick the postion. 8 silver for a gold 9 gold for a plat?

would be a interesting choice on taking a punt on position or paying up for a certainty.

I think the auction house has things under control in terms of getting what you want, so I don't think I'll implement it this season. The likely introduction of team trading too should also cover the get what you want category.
