I don't disagree with what you're saying but the MRPs penalties are based on each grading they give it. They don't have scope to add on extra because he's been a naughty boy lately.
Intentional contact, medium impact to the head will get him 3 down to 2.

The arbitrary decision is the force of the contact. This is where they can get tough. Daniel immediately left the ground with blood pouring from his mouth, he was also wearing a mouth guard. He wasn't knocked out, that maybe the only saving grace for Greene.

He'll get off - zero weeks I reckon. Tried to hit the ball (which he made contact with first) and then fist deviated off into Daniels mouth. No case to answer, zero weeks.
