Survivor 34: Game Changers

Sandra was great this season, really adapted very well to being the standout #1 threat and it's surprising she made it out of the premiere episode, let alone to say 16 and got dealt an unlucky tribe swap. Almost a cherry on top to her resume, would expect her to come back again though of course - I don't see anybody winning twice again, all/mostly winners seasons excluded. Queen? That'll always be Parvarti <3

The exile was good and bad. Cochran was good but hopefully they don't make stuff like this happen too often, and having three big advantages (Cochran's advice, ship food+shelter, and the advantage was probably over the top for just picking the 1 in 15 no-buff.

Surely at that tribal a lot happened off screen that redeemed Tai? There is no way with things playing out just as they did on-screen that he doesn't play his idol and/or doesn't receive the brunt of the votes, he screwed it royally on-screen.

Iirc the Sierra legacy advantage was to be used at 13 (?) so it would make sense to merge then.

Finally, can anybody name a more iconic Survivor duo than Troyzan and Brad Culpepper? I'll wait...

Honestly I just think they probably all realised that not getting rid of Sandra would have been a terrible move and Tai was just clueless enough (or really just didn't want) to not play his idols.

Yeah so, if I know Survivor well enough, and I feel like I do... we're in for a somewhat of a pagonging. They really should have tried to break up the Sierra/Brad thing because that'll go deep into this game for sure. I feel like somebody will finally grow half a brain and realise Sierra is running the show and cut the head off the snake.

That said, there aren't too many people I'm really that invested in anymore. Cirie, Andrea and Aubry are the main ones, Culpepper to a lesser extent. Both Andrea and Aubry have had pretty subdued edits over the course of the season which makes me think they'll both get taken out by idols or rock draws or something. Like that whole little scene of Andrea slipping on rocks and Troyzan taking pretending to take pics seemed a tad out of place.

Also I feel like Sarah's going to win at this point, she's been getting confessionals at points where she's hardly even involved, a little bit like Michele in Kaoh Rong, except Sarah's been a bit more of a presence, I also like Sarah a lot more as a character and player, mainly because we've seen both those qualities from her through her (likely winner, imo) edit.

He's pretty ordinary at every other aspect of the game though. If he somehow gets to the end, he's a goat and definitely wouldn't get enough jury votes to win.

he could pull off a good play with the idols too

On top of her, I'm surprised absolutely nobody but Sarah saw it - it was so clearly obvious, sitting there with SECRET ADVANTAGE written in bold. Gotta be more perceptive than that in this game.

Sarah's winner edit is getting painfully obvious at this point imo. Looks like they're trying to potentially build up Cirie as someone who might go far but there's been a few moments that suggest to me that she's probably not gonna take it out (even though that would be amazing!).

Michaela's hilarious at tribals, give her more props I reckon.

Thank God Debbie is gone, hopefully the six that voted for her have enough brains to pick off another member or two of the Brad alliance. Although, it's more Sierra's alliance imo so I'd still like to see her go.

Aubry the confessional queen needs more airtime, she's definitely getting idoled or rocked out at this point I reckon. Also I want Andrea to go far but I think she'll be gone soon too because they keep bringing up her name, keep fighting girl!
