Screw it...my lifes already take up with fantasy, whats one more?  ::)

Would there be issues if we're overseas for holidays etc.

Not particularly, obviously the more activity the better, but all you'd need is about 15 minutes a week to look into packs, exchanges and of course naming a side on Thursday or Friday night.
