I am more interested in how North will use Goldy, Daw, Preus and Wood together.  One or two may be dropped when final teams announced though.

Yep and as Shaker says Rd 1 starters will be the key and I expect a lot of panic when announced.

Hope pruess play first 5 games and goldies price drops to 450K.    Nice upgrade from Sandi come mid season.

take aways for me
no Luke Ryan
no Jack Bowes

where does this put these guys in the pecking order?

I would not worry to much who plays in these games not everybody can play each week who plays R1 is more important  :P
See if they get another look in for their final game as well. That's usually pretty close to the best 22, barring any minor injuries. I'd expect to see Bowes come back in, not sure on Ryan.

Pretty strong Lions line up.

Beams playing plus 2017 captaincy makes him a clear lock for me.
