You just need the .png version, so if you open the image in a new tab you get this: http://i.imgur.com/dPc3OCR.png

And that should work fine inside of the image tag :)

Team looks ok, think you could afford to drop a fwd guy like Miller/Heeney/Roughy though and upgrade Heppell to someone like Pendles.
