He is saying it's two trades if you end up trading out Murphy later if you don't see him as a keeper

It would be the same deal with any rookie that you trade out at a later point. The difference is Murphy looks like a legit stepping stone/scoring option.

I think you have to give O'Meara a few weeks.

He will get better the more games he plays.

Showed enough signs for me in JLT and last night that he will turn out to be an ok pick.

GoLions

If he kicked straight he would have scored ~90, so hopefully he can do that next week :P

Talk about panic stations  :o one game in (he didn't even score that bad) and people already making out like the world is falling apart. He will be fine. I still plan to keep him all year as eventual M9 if possible.

To be fair I'm more upset about Swallow, he's cost me a swag of points this week and who knows if he'll be back.

It was his first game in 2 years. 70s are not great results but his kicking was quite poor at times tonight. If he tidies that up he could have scores 90-100 tonight an will only improve.

No need to panic with him yet.

Apparently just a rolled ankle and was very close to playing so you would think he plays next week.
I feel you though. I was having such a ripping weekend up until tonight's games  ::)

Need to remember this was his first AFL game for 2 years so obviously will be very rusty. JLT does not have the intensity of AFL games either.  Will be all the better for the run and 73 still better than his B/e of 59. Can not understand the panic because of this and I will be sticking with him.

Frankfaust

He looked all right to me. Rusty as, but he had patches where he was hi-vis (on screen). I think he'll be an asset over the journey, and wasn't disappointed in the final score. I was a bit more relieved when his off-sider in Mitchell ended up tonning-up. He'll be a bit chaotic, I think, but hi scoring regardless.

I'm going to enjoy watching these two.

Have patience grasshopper.

sammy123

are people holding or trading?

_wato

71, 89 and now probably a 50 if lucky.

Wanna get rid of him but will probs hold. He just cannot hit targets and it's frustrating as hell.

Also, he seems to be playing up forward a lot this game, can anyone confirm this?

TomK

Forced to hold cause there's no one good to trade him to around his price range, already have Swallow, flowering frustrating putting up with this.
