Dammit JOM. I was going to hold him, as he works nicely for my structure (hold til round 13 and then trade to a prem when they're past their byes). But now that it's his knee and he's no certainty to return next week, I'm torn. If I knew he'd be back next week I'd hold, definitely. But if I hold and he's not back next week, most of the decent targets will go up in price...

You're wasting your trades if you go to Swallow as he won't be a keeper

Yes, it's sideways, but so is Pickett or Stewart to Newman......nothing wrong with correctional trades this early in the season. With limited number of high quality rookies, we should be looking for players like Swallow who are on the bubble, especially if you haven't used many correctional trades yet and can afford to do so.

Agree with this as I am seeing O'Meara to Swallow has a correctional trade. Only my 3rd trade for the year. Looking at it this was make $48 on the trade and the will get a further $57k with Swallows price rise so in effect trade so far has netted $1OOk so worth it imo.
Also have Barrett on bench to deal with.
Secondly a knee knock to an area where he has troubles before raises red flags.

Answer for me is yes, if I had more than two trades this week he would've been gone.

How strong is rest of team and is there any other issues that you need to rectify? If team is strong and no real issues I would do the trade as I consider to date will be worth $105k = whatever other $ Swallow makes above $337k. I classed as correctional trade.
As you have highlighted only 24 trades left which maybe an issue if you do it so may have to exercise some restraint unless in running for top prize.
FWIW SWallow projected 86 and Parfitt 60 if that helps and I have traded O'Meara to Swallow but only my 3rd trade.

2) Only Steele and Omera are my current risks. Basically I have all the other players i need. The only players in my team that lost cash last week were Danger, Docherty and Treloar
