M Hurley first game 101 SC from 65% TOG not to shabby, price $464200, 2015 AVG. 94.5 tonned up in 4 of his last 6 games.
Sneaky POD ?
Is a possible option instead of Adams if I start looking for cash.
Option 1.   Adams > Hurley
Option 2    Tmac > BobM

For those of you starting Hodge (I know there was a couple)

You can rule him out - leadership group has banned him from round 1

Raises questions over decision to let Mitchell and Lewis go.     Wonder why they chose to keep Hodge over the the other two.
This is clearly a mental issue affecting Hodge's attitude and application.

Wait, what? I haven't had him in my SC for a while, I think I still have him in my AF though. What the hell happened?

did a crowls,  woke up and thought,  shower I don't feel like working today!!!  had a break.   :P      So much for balancing the workload for older blokes

With Laird, Adams and Docherty a clear top 3 for me.

Who else will finish as a top 5 Defender this year?

Not focusing on byes just purely who will score the best.

Huttabito

Tier 1: Adams, Dochery and Laird
Tier 2: Roberton and Lloyd

Then pick one of many for your D6.

On potential that last one has to be H.Shaw. He may not do better than the rest of the list but he has the most realistic chance of going 100+ from here on of anyone (except those you already mentioned)

I've been defending Shaw all season but I think I'm at the point now there is plenty of data to suggest he is no longer SC relevant with a 20 game average of 87.

Even watching the games the last few weeks, he's not taking anywhere near as many kick-ins as he use to and not getting the cheap pass off like he use to.

Hate to say it but his days are done. Maybe, just maybe I'll pick him up after his bye for less than $450k as a D7 and use him as a potential loophole but thats the best I can give him.

He better come good, I started with him and have been watching him drop!

Ive got Doch, Laird, Shaw, Lloyd, Tuohy Newman.

Need to get Adams but hoping to get a few more good weeks to Newman and do that as my last upgrade.

RaisyDaisy

Feel sorry for Lloyd owners, but those of us who were planning to get him after his bye are going to get a massive bargain in a few weeks

Lasted a minute into the match and off with concussion and doesn't look like returning

RaisyDaisy

And after that timely 91 last night Stewart to Lloyd in a few weeks time will be a near straight swap  :)

I was going to go Otten > Lloyd at round 12.

Might go Otten > Roberton now and do a direct swap of Shaw to Lloyd at round 13 bye.
