99% sure I'll go Taranto to Scooter, at the moment I have 21 that should play this week, and 20 next week, 16 round 13. If I get Scooter for Taranto it makes me 21/19/17, with Otten to Roberton next week giving me 18.

Unless you have other issues for Rd 12 I would hold on for the Roberton upgrade. Otten has a B/e 76 this week and with the 121 in his rolling average goes down further and projected to rise another 40K before his bye. Roberton has a B.e of 105 for Rd 12.  So a handy upgrade for Rd 13 not costing as much.

Barrett has a BE of only 11 though - is it premature to trade him already before he's maximised his cash generation? Reason for asking is I am also tossing up this same trade and torn...

I'm looking at it that Scooter will average imo 90 min compared To Barrets say 70 -  Barret predicted to only rise $35k compared to Scooters $135. So $100k plus points is a win.

Plus Rocky's due to be back RD12. So Barrett's best 2 weeks have been when Rocky wasn't there.
Expecting his scores to return to 50s-60s. I've convinced myself to waste a trade on Barrett to Scooter because of that, plus the points and cash gen etc. I would never 'spend' cash to get scooter though. Like a pickett to scooter, you're spending what you're going to make, big waste.

This has really made me think about the trade of selwood. Was going to go Fisher - Selwood but going Barrett instead will give me 80k to upgrade elsewhere in the coming weeks.

I don't think the current rookies I have in at the moment are allowing me to trade in Scooter. The only one that would require one trade is Powell Pepper, but I'll probably need to keep all my guys that are playing this week.

Roughead to S.Selwood via Yeo from mids to fwd, which finishes my fwd line, with $151,900 left over in that trade. Selwood will become my M9 for rest of the year, or if he makes enough cash could upgrade him to uber premium and end up keeping Greenwood as M9/F7 instead.
