Best FWD options for 2017

JKennedy, Dahl, Macrae, Caddy, Roughhead plus rook

Caddy is the question and may drop for another rook and strengthen backline BUT am hoping to see him have a breakout season with his new club BUT that club is Richmond :(

IMO Kennedy and Dahl have the highest ceiling, Macrae through the middle will be 95 to 100 and Roughhead just value for money

Originally I had Nankervis in the forward line providing ruck cover Via DPP but now R2
Nroo abit too expensive for me but on the watch list for later in the season. Buddy is the same and still coming back from injury and I have a midfield full of those already ::) . ISmith does not fit my structure IMO he sits just in/outside top 10

Nroo had 12 tons last year, I'm expecting that type of return to be definite top 6 material. He also had an injury affected 45 in round 11. Whilst he is fully valued I'm happy to fork out the cash on a player who I expect to be in the top handful of forwards.

What are people's thoughts on Tom Lynch (Suns)? I heard somewhere that he's been something like the third highest scoring forward in SC over the last three years collectively and his yearly avg has been continuously on the rise over the same period (83.2, 88.4, 93.2) and I would expect Gold Coast to be a much better side this year.

I would be strongly considering him if he didn't have the odd Bye in round 9.

Looks like Dahl on left and Macrae right

Imo Dahl has higher ceiling and can push 105 where as I think Macrae caps out at 100 and puts out more sub 80's

Both should be Top 6 either way

Dahl's averages injury impacted too if I recall

Agreed but feel like there's a group of forwards who will consistently get 80-100 (Miller, Caddy, Macrae etc) and then there is Buddy and JJK who will get 140 one week and then 70 the next.

Happy to take the second option... just not sure if it will be JJK or Buddy. Who would you take?
