I think Dahl will be just about every teams F1 but I think it's going to have to wait till R1 and what rookies I get to see how much cash is left because I don't want to change my other lines gun wise bu t I'm hoping I can afford 2 more players 400+ touk looking good but not interested in the ruck options Higgins is tempting

Dunno why Lance Buddy hasn't shown up much lately. Played every game last year!

Had shoulder surgery, so perhaps the interruption has turned people off

Looking at the list of all forwards this year I can't see more than only a couple who could actually average 100, so I think with 90+ being the benchmark it's the line to go cheap in

I'm holding back on the forwards for the time being, think the structure will really come down to which rookies play.

Considering not going with any of the popular cheaper/breakout candidates just in case they flop. Roughy, Heeney, etc.

But as RD said, realistically if they average over 90 you'd consider them a premium with this year's options.

Definately having to lower the standards on what you consider a forward keeper this year. A 95 average looks keeper material as a foward this year. I wouldnt be surprised is Dahlhaus is the only 100 average forward this year!

FFS

Had Dahl, Heeney, Rough locked as first 3, and now Heeney has glandular fever

Shower, need to rejig now

Really don't want to spend an extra 100k on another prem forward. Damn

With Heeney gone trying to decide between Caddy, Hogan and Wingard. Rd 9 bye a slight turnoff for Wingard.  Hogan has 2 good scores in JLT so will be interested watching 3rd outing when Melbourne field their likely Rd 1 team.

If going for league win, might be worth carrying him through and hope he's back for Rd2?

Caddy for me Ringo, will get plenty of midfield time and has a very high ceiling.

Like Caddy too but will require some juggling with rookies when we know as about $30k short for him. Have used Hogan atm as place filler.

I wouldn't do that,it could take him a lot longer to get over it,look at Alec Waterman as one extreme example and Shuey a few years ago also got hit hard by glandular fever, too risky to start him now imo unless he is somehow named round 1

Yeah it could take longer than we think so unless he plays round 1, he's out

Macrae or Buddy seem the likely replacements for me - spewing I need to spend more now to get them

whynot102

Why not Jack Steele seems to be playing a sc friendly role

elephants

Macrae, Dahl and Caddy been by first three forwards since Jan.

Roughy and Nank slotting in at 4 and 5 :o

RaisyDaisy

I had Macrae initially when SC opened but went down to Heeney because I reckon he can match Macrae and is 80k cheaper

Might just have to go back up now

Higgins, Touk and Chad I don't think I could start

Last three seasons. Why is the guy on the left considered a lock but the guy on the right isn't?
