Keefe for mine.

More likely to be a R1 starter, and they are being cautious with Scharenberg, not rushing back into AFL.  Reckon he debuts towards middle of season.  I'm hoping he is a downgrade option further into the season.

If scharenberg is up to it in preseason he plays round 1... Better off playing at AFL level rather than VFL where everything is a lot cleaner and he's less likely to be put in a situation to get his knee injured again. He's having a full preseason so there's no reason to ease him back

Both.

Keefe is playing as a forward/second ruck which means he could score 70+ as if he gets a few hit outs to advantage per game that could be an extra 15ppg which would bring his average from around 60 to a 75ish.

Collingwood love Scharenberg and they see him as there key play maker for the future meaning they can get the ball in his hands. If he is named round 1 he is also in my side for a 70ish average.

totally agree with above, if they are named pick both

Interesting insight, leaves no place for McGrath?

I personally have all 3 but There was an article saying that Essendon would ease McGrath into the season hinting that he would be rested at various stages throughout the season which is a concern.

All 3 are good options I think. May as well keep the extra 40k and start with the pie boys.

read that article on mcgrath too, sounds like theyre worried about his small frame and the potential of early injury ruining his career, would be surprised if hes picked round one

Id say likely picked R1, but in and out every 3 or so weeks.

Keefe definitely as a Pie supporter

Keeffe is best 22 by a mile, so easy lock

Berg, we need to see if he gets games, but if named round 1 then lock too

Is this because of the lack of collingwood defenders? otherwise, enjoy that 62, or am I missing something?

Keeffe has been training as forward/2nd ruck this pre-season which I'd say would help his scoring and JS.

Ok, having another look at him, didn't realise he was $117K, if the job security's there he may be worth another look compared to a more expensive McGrath say.
