Danger/Gawn prob 1 and 2
Fyfe
Myers
One of either Simpson or Docherty (Carlton will b 4-0, very soft draw to start)

Lol. Carlton will be lucky to win 4 games all year

Pity we don't play Richmond 18 times a year, we would be minor premiers if that was the case

GoLions

I can't wait until round 1 ;D

Chosen Won

Capper

Sandi isnt a must have and has just done a calf. Not good for the injury prone ruckman

Must haves
Myers
Danger
Pendles

Jukes

Curious, why are people legitimately saying Danger and Pendles are must haves? They aren't improving their average, they'll probably drop if anything.

Like I wouldn't say they're bad picks but must have is a bit extreme, I'd reserve that for the cheap/bargain/mid-priced guys who are bound to do great, awesome rookies, etc.

Bully

Gawn was the first player I picked this year, followed by Dahlhaus.

Fair points, but not having either as a captain option or seeing your opponent with both while you have neither wouldn't be great

Still not a must have though as you can realistically argue a starting mid without either.

Spot on

One persons lock or first picked doesnt make them everyone's must have.

And must have is about starting team, not final team

Well if somebody's too cheap to pay up for one of those two, I'm sure they'd be able to pick and choose every week from Bont, Ablett, Gawn, Goldy, Titch, etc for captain. It's not like Danger and Pendles are that far ahead of the pack in scoring.

Richmond will lose. Maybe 3-1. Some of the chicks are doubling up.

Gawn and Dahlhaus.

They've changed of course. No Simo or Docherty now.

For all those saying Sandilands isn't or wasn't a ''must have'' love the hindsight btw.
No one is a must have if injured before R1 so that's plain silly.

Now injury aside, tell me what other 300k player has a scoring history like Sandilands?
3rd man up gone so that's another win for the giant power ruckmen.
First 6 of 7 games at home so nearly no chance of rest early plus good scoring potential.

Now look yourself in the mirror and ask if Sandllands was fit and firing during the JLT leading into R1 if he wouldn't be a must have.
