Interesting though AFL reporting shoulder as broken wheras Lions say Shoulder Injury having scans monday to confirm extent of injury. Really suspect it may be broken as it is the same shoulder he broke in game against Carlton last year.

With Gorringe suffering an achilles injury Kreuz is Carlton's only healthy ruck. This has multiple implications to the team structure. Levi and Rowe are the next two guys to carry the load in the ruck if Kreuz is also to get injured. Matt Korcheck is the guy we brought in from the USA so he could be one to keep an eye on. It could mean Harry McKay is locked into our round 1 lineup out of necessity.

I'm sure Vickers-Willis/Hibberd will come in and Atley will move into the midfield or something like that. I know he is a tagger but that's not a neccesity.

Devastating news, was hoping he would have made a big impact this year. Last year of his contract so hopefully we give him another year at least.
