Overall it's a strong team there's only a couple little things that you could probably change around, your backs are strong it's near the same as mine Zac Williams is an interesting pick I like it he found some form towards then end of the year could be a bold move though,  matt scharenberg keep an eye on him if fit round 1 and named will be a potential cash cow I'd personally choose Jackson thurlow over scharenberg thurlow will get more game time.

Strong midfield can't really fault it my only fault there is Dayne Beams he's to injury prone I'd look to downgrade someone and turn beams into Heppell, at Heppell's price he's to cheap to ignore and he's a fantasy gun other then that good picks.

Rucks: avarage love the grundy pick, Ryder is to cheap to ignore at that price even if he can average 80+ he's gonna make you coin to eventually upgrade to the likes of Martin goody Gawn.

Forwards are pretty good only fault there is cam Ellis-yolman I'd consider roughy or Elliot before Cam. There's a few things there you can work on but overall strong team

Jamie Elliott or Hoskin-Elliott?

Jamie Elliot at his price he's to cheap to ignore he'll make you money even if WHE is fit for round 1 and his in good shape he could even be a good potential cash cow and bring him in for coin to upgrade else where

I updated it:
Forwards - Ellis-Yolmen and Knight out for Freeman and Roughy
AND
Defence - Scharenberg and Berry out for Stewart and Thurlow
AND
Midfield - Beams and Barlow out for Heppell and Fyfe (Not shown in image)

Remaining Salary: 19k

It's a stronger team it's looking very similar to mine that's better I'd near consider cam McCarthy over Jono freeman

Ringo

Nice team to sit on

Barrett is on Lions rookie list and needs to be promoted - So may need to be reconsidered.

Made slight changes accordingly as I read more news. Midfield is stacked with guys that can smash out the first five rounds and I have minimised basement priced players for seasoned guys that will score 55-60.

The only query I have is the role of Kayne Turner, Should I turn him into a Cam McCarthy or other suggestions?
My backline is full of young guys who will reach the prime of their careers this season and thus will be a set and forget.

Ruck line is Grundy to reach Gawn's level at a lower price and Stef Martin to recapture his best days as sole ruckman under Fagan.

Midfield: Rocky is a mid season gun; Fagan is more youth and future-focussed. Selwood (end season) and Danger also mid-season guns. Zach Merrett's role might change since Heppell and Watson are back. Pendles, JPK mid-late season guns and Luke Parker (Injured).

Tom Mitchell, Sloane and Steele Sidebottom are likely inclusions if anybody else agrees.
Murphy to Swallow is also a massive question mark - will he recapture his best form of the past? If not I'm thinking Mathieson, Parish and even Barlow.

Forward line: Ryder is a utility at this point to shift around with Strnadica's fixtures. Heeney is a home-made gun poised to take on the midfield and Elliott forecasted to break through the ceiling? Riley Knight is rumoured to spend more time in the midfield.

Thoughts and feedbacks will be very appreciated. Thanks!

Toby Greene vs. Macrae vs. Dahlhaus
I'd back Jack Mac for the highest average of those 3.

What about the next two? Second and third?

JSteven dropped off from his 2015 form and has a few guys around him ready to steal his points although they may enjoy a few more wins and a bit more of the ball this year. He seemed to drop off a bit at the end of last year.
