Yeh that's a good result, anything in the top ten is a pretty good effort.

By that i mean, it's ok to have a bad year, but when you give up on your team, and it becomes a " ghost ship ", that's frustrating for the rest in that league.

Very true, when you have 18 coaches that work for each other as much as individually that's gold, eventually good things happen.
Those that leave teams to rot without a care for 17 others shouldn't expect an invite back.
