eaglesman

Shaw laird TMac Mcgrath keefe berry (Ryan Stewart)

Danger Pendles Ablett Kennedy rocky Fyfe pepper Myers (freeman drew graham)

Gawn sandi ( 102k)

Dahl macrae Ryder mcgluggage Ainsworth Pickett (Rioli eddy)

$400

Think this is pretty solid

Opinions ????

Bully

Looks good to me, Ablett & Rocky will be genuine POD's in the midfield. In my second version I've gone with a similar structure but with fallen premos in the midfield and no high priced rookies. That would effectively mean your SPP & Myers would be up against my Murphy & Swallow.

enzedder

Yeah solid.
Ryder nice insurance for Sandi. Lots of top end rookies allow wriggle room.

Bluesman

looks pretty good. The only thing I'd say to consider is do you think having 6 premium mids is 1 too many - having 3 rooks in defence is a definite gamble and one I've been toying over myself. Personally I think 5 premiums in the mids would afford a better and more complete team by allowing a settled fwd or back line or both... just advice only! :)

i see your point but there seems to be a quite a few rookie options down back although it is still early days and we dont know how many will actually play. will just have to wait and see how they go in JLT and more importantly how many start round 1

PureSwag

I like your team only thing I would  do is downgrade 1 prem mid into a mid pricers and upgrade one of your back rooks to a defenders mid pricers.

Money Shot

McGrath, Louge, Hampton, Scharenberg, Keefe, Berry, Ryan, Stewart

No need to be worried about 5 spots to fill in. I personally have McGrath at D3 as I'm confident that there will be plenty of sub 200k players to choose from.

Very nice side. No need to worry about your "weak" defence.

eaglesman

Fair few changes to this. I haven't updated my team on here recently but it did have docherty for a while now and I am really bummed to leave him out. Here it is

Montagna rance laird Hampton Stewart Ryan (vickers Newman)

Dangerfield Kennedy rocky Fyfe Mitchell omeara Ellisyolmen swallow (pepper Myers parfitt)

Gawn goldy(102k)

Dahl Heeney roughy mcgluggage bowes black (Cameron eddy)

2.1k

^ this exactly. downgrade a defender and get in Goldstien. I have just Shaw and Adams myself.

haha oops so you do! My bad.  Another premo mid as an upgrade instead then.  Montagna>Keefe then Ellis-Yolmen>any top mid, as an idea.

Laird mills Hampton hibberd viziers Newman (Ryan Stewart)

Danger rocky Fyfe Mitchell viney beams omeara swallow (foote pepper wigg)

Gawn sandi (Str)

Riewoldt dahl Lycett Heeney Roughead glugg (black eddy)

Backed $$$ on Riewoldt and viney for the Brownlow so I wanna support the lads in my sc team as well. They aren't bad picks in any case and just have a gut feel.

Light defense but I actually had Jackson thurlow/marchbank at d2 just before posting this and still might go down that path or pick both. Mills won't go backwards and he has the upside chance of possible midfield time. Not convinced hibberd will play so that could cause a restructure. Although there still is otten.

Pretty much a locked midfield. Other than foote and wigg who just placeholding.

Rucks

Heavier forwards. Lycett is plays jlt3 will be the best ruck cover n will be fine for f5-f7.

Thoughts ????

Bully

Lycett over Ryder & Nank? Be interested to hear your reasoning.

Id take lycett over nank for sure, dont know about ryder. had quite a few good games once nic nat went down last year. should be able to average 85-95. if put ryder in that scoring range too and nank more 75-85

I think Nank will score higher if he stays R.1  for Richmond and has more upside than Lycett and Ryder. But that is just my opinion and time will tell.
