Macrae Dahl and Nank, otherwise don't bother and just upgrade him to a mid

Forwards are the last line I'll upgrade, because besides the mentioned 3 no one else is a must, and most options carry risk and aren't guaranteed top 6-10 yet

Considering Buddy.

Swan had a tough draw but have Carlton Lions North coming up.

can see some serious big scores from him.

only costs an extra 30k.

he is going 90 so not in shocking form.

Buddy last 3 in the 70s, two can play that game holz ;)

Hawks also have a nice 3 game draw and they do not have the r11 forward bye of doom

GoLions

Cheers for ruining him @all the doorknobs that traded him in early on >:(

yeah its true spite, but as much as i love Gunston.

1. I have more faith in Sydney then i do the hawks. Buddy still has Hanners JPK kicking to him.
2. Buddy has more history of higher scoring.

3. the most important point. Buddy hasnt actually been that bad.

last game 88 DT but only 70 as he went at 40% efficiency with 6 clangers.
game before: Hurn smashed him and he had a corked quad. no excuse but maybe worth 10-15 points.
game before: Had a bad game but kicked 0.3 for 74

then 125 103 before that.

Buddy is getting the touches just had a bad few games. He is running at 98 DT and normally he has a better SC then his DT score. Just needs to pick up his efficiency and kicking a litle bit.

5.6 in last 3. I reckon he can go 10+ easy against Carlton North and Lions.

Gunny has had the big 131 but a 68 before that.

I'm probably getting Buddy, just throwing some other names out there. Gunston has bottomed out whilst Buddy probably a week or two from it so just depends if you're happy getting Buddy knowing he will get a bit cheaper still

Gigantor

I've got Buddy priced at 465K with a BE of 125 so you could probably wait a week

not with Touk.

im fairly confident in Buddy v Cartlon over Touk v North.

in saying that if you can Gunston this week and Buddy next week.

RaisyDaisy

Alright, so what do we do?

Happy to put my hand up and say I got this one wrong. Gee I wish I picked Yeo instead at that price

I've watched him the last couple of weeks and don't love what I'm seeing. Really hate to use another trade as I got him hoping he would be a keeper but he just isn't cutting it. I've bought him in for 3 scores under 80

Reckon he gets one more chance next week simply because I'm hoping to double down this week, but I think Touk needs to go

Hold, not worth trading and could be useful as a bench swingman. 78 isn't ideal but all it takes is one big humdred and his average starts to look good again. Could still average 90+.

I don't have Miller but I agree you have to hold him. There are very few forwards who are consistent enough to be certainties for Top 6 this year so you could spend all year trading between the inconsistent ones. Case in point, I have Buddy who is scoring very similar to Touk.

RaisyDaisy

Yeah, and 25 touches (3rd behind Ablett and Sexton) is positive too

I won't end up trading him because I don't trade out guys I bring in unless injured and the fact that there aren't a lot of great forwards validates it, but I really do hope he can start pumping out some 90+ scores asap
