Whatever the most common structure for a 10-person league. We're all astute coaches so I'd have no problems with reasonably large teams. 4-5-1-4. Not sure if that's an option but I like that

Yeah we did, worked really well.  And yeah no Captains would be better.

Looking at the thread from last year it appears we drafted 5 reserves happy with 4 though if that is the consensus.

Rolling lockout
No auto emergency because it takes the lowest scorer for any outs
